After my initial work at the local building authority and subsequently as a project manager in project control, monitoring, and local building supervision, I began my training as a certified real estate agent at the Vienna Business Academy during my educational leave, already with the goal of subsequent self-employment in the real estate sector.
About me
My name is Dörthe Antje Braunsberger. I am a trained architect, and halfway through my studies I discovered my love for construction sites while working on a building project in South Africa. After graduating, I first worked in design and then as a project manager in site supervision, project management and project monitoring.
For me, real estate development – and residential renovation in particular – brings everything full circle. This is where design, bid review, construction management, scheduling and cost control come together, and where I can use my professional experience, creative problem-solving and great attention to detail to create living spaces in which my clients truly feel at home.
